When will my payment be taken?
The payment will be authorised when you first check out, but we will not take the funds from your card until we dispatch your package. Delivery will then take 1 to 2 working days depending on the selected shipping method.
Is it possible to cancel / return my order?
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by contacting our support team by email on email@example.com or by phone on 0208 748 6330. If we haven't already dispatched your order then the payment will not be taken.
If you need to return your order after it has shipped please contact our support team within 28 days and we will provide instructions on how to return your item for a full refund.
