Please note that we do cannot accept returns for any medication that has been prescribed to you. This is to ensure patient safety.
We do not re-sell medication that has already been prescribed.
If you have unwanted, unused or expire medication, please take it to your local pharmacy and they will dispose of the products safely. Alternatively, if you are able to bring the unwanted, unused or expired medication to our community pharmacy premises, we will be happy to dispose of it for you. Please contact us to arrange disposal at email@example.com.

If you have placed an order for a treatment with Confidential Clinics, you have the right to cancel your order up until your medication has been dispatched. Your right to cancel the order terminates upon receipt of dispatch confirmation (you will receive an email notification upon dispatch confirmation).
In the instance that your treatment has arrived;
- (i) erroneously or incorrectly;
- (ii) damaged or faulty
we will refund the cost price of the medication to you in full, along with any delivery charge applied.
Your refund will be applied within 7 days of confirmation of receipt and will be enacted against the payment method used to place the order.
